After many years of bodybuilding, working with nutritionists and trainers and never being able to get my body fat low enough to see all the hard earned muscle, this has been a miracle for me. It's super easy to follow and there are several variations.I have only been following this eating plan for a little over a week and can already see incredible results. The fat is literally melting away. I have not been hungry and have incredible amounts of energy the entire day. The elusive 6 pack is making a showing as well as that have been there hiding all this time. If I have this kind of result after only a week, what is it going to be like in a month?! WOW! I am a 48 year old female, and any of you out there know that the older we get, the harder it is to get the fat (notice I say FAT and not WEIGHT!) off. I have done the 5-6 meals a day for so many years and gotten no where. Not to mention, I am sick of eating that many times a day and trying to make sure that I get all my meals in. This is a plan that I will easily be able to stick to forever. The science behind it makes perfect sense and you won't spend your time counting calories or figuring out your micro nutrient ratios. I only wish that I had read the book and tried this a long time ago.
